The Beauty Spotlight Team’s October Tips

Today (October 21st) is World Osteoporosis Day.  And every year, The Irish Osteoporosis Society runs a campaign to raise awareness of the importance of taking care of bone health.  This is a subject close to my heart as many of you know.  I first wrote about the subject back in 2016.  And I was involved in last year’s campaign.  You can read about it HERE and check in with the Irish Osteoporosis Society for the most up-to-date news.
